To secure your booking a 30% non-refundable deposit is required with the balance payable 30 days before arrival. Confirmation of booking will be sent out after the deposit/payment has been received.


In the event of cancellation or reduction of any booking:

If the event of cancellation or reduction of any booking, no refunds will be made unless sufficient notice (as detailed below) is given & we are successful in re-booking your original booking.

Bookings can however, be taken at a later date that year, or rolled over to the following season where possible but extensive notice is required (6 weeks minimum). 

Bookings may also be transferred to another party if required, to be taken as above.

Such changes to bookings will incur a handling charge of £35 + any Stripe fees each time a change is made.

We strongly advise separate travel insurance to cover eventualities such as illness/injury etc requiring cancellation or reduction of bookings.

If we attempt to re-book some or all of your original booking for you & are successful enough to make you a refund then an additional £35 + any Stripe fees will be charged (ie £70 + Stripe).


Arrivals & Departures:

We need your estimated arrival time between 2pm to 8pm for wild camping & 4pm to 8pm for tipis (earlier times by prior arrangement), and ask that you (please) contact the office if you are substantially delayed ie more than one hour behind your notified arrival time. If you arrive much later you may not be able to check into your tipi until the following day. We ask you to leave your tipi or camping pitch as you would hope to find it, by 10.30am on your last day.

When you arrive please make sure you follow signs to reception where our friendly team will check you in (if you have a large motorhome/caravan please speak to the office first)

Arrivals from 9-10pm (prior arrangement only) incur a surcharge of £20 cash on arrival. No arrivals after 10pm
