We've got a fantastic on-site cafe The Tipi Kitchen which is sited at the far end of the meadow camping area (just inside our main entrance & turn to your right). Opening times are 9-12.30 & 5.30-9.30 depending on the time of year. There's food when you wake up under canvas and food when you get back from a hard day at the beach. We've got a new phone number coming for booking tables and pre-ordering or take pot luck and come along. Just turn up for great coffee and breakfast...
The cafe is of course open to everyone - whether or not you're staying with us - but we do ask that you leave your doggies at home as we're a pet free campsite. If this makes life really difficult for you, cafe staff will give you a bowl of water for your dog which you can take up to the car in our free parking area at the other end of the meadow.
The Tipi Kitchen team roll out freshly made seasonal food in a laid back setting with homemade treats for campers & locals using sustainable ingredients from farm to fishing boat. The aim is to let you relax while family & friends enjoy everything that you haven't had to make - and no one has to do the washing up!
You'll find everything from breakfast & brunch to homemade cake & ice cream to evening food with pop-up nights (Thai/Modern British) always keeping veggie/vegan options on the menu and often serving salad & herbs grown here on site. Friday is always wood fired pizza night! The cafe is fully licenced for beer, wine and more grown up goodies...Happy Hour anyone?
As this is a seasonal cafe please make a point of checking whether the cafe is open daily (high season) or only certain days of the week (low - mid season).
