To secure your 7-night booking a non-refundable deposit of £200 per tipi per week is required within 5 working days of making a provisional booking – or full payment within 24 hours if the booking is made within one week of arrival. Short breaks & wild camping bookings must be paid in full at time of booking. Confirmation of booking will be sent out after the deposit/payment has been received.

All balance payments are due to be paid in full no later than SIX weeks before arrival.

In the event of cancellation or reduction of any booking:

If the event of cancellation or reduction of any booking, no refunds will be made unless sufficient notice (as detailed below) is given & we are successful in re-booking your original booking.

Bookings can however, be taken at a later date that year, or rolled over to the following season where possible but extensive notice is required (6 weeks minimum). 

Bookings may also be transferred to another party if required, to be taken as above.

Such changes to bookings will incur a handling charge of £35 + any Stripe fees each time a change is made.

We strongly advise separate travel insurance to cover eventualities such as illness/injury etc requiring cancellation or reduction of bookings.

If we attempt to re-book some or all of your original booking for you & are successful enough to make you a refund then an additional £35 + any Stripe fees will be charged (ie £70 + Stripe).

 

Arrivals & Departures:

We ask you to arrive between 4 and 8 pm, or earlier times by prior arrangement, and ask that you (please) contact the site direct or the office if you are substantially delayed ie more than one hour behind your notified arrival time. If you arrive much later you may not be able to check into your tipi until the following day. We ask you to leave your tipi as you would hope to find it, by 10.30am on your last day.
